Through our partnerships with local businesses and community groups, we work alongside organisations that share our commitment to social responsibility and making a real difference in the lives of people living with cancer and their families.
Last month, we were delighted to be part of the Hawkesbury City Chamber of Commerce’s Christmas in July Trivia Night, joining local businesses and community members for an evening of laughter, friendly competition and plenty of festive cheer.
We were incredibly honoured that Cancer Wellness Support was selected as the event’s fundraising beneficiary. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, an amazing $2,771 was raised to support our services.
Every dollar raised will help provide affordable, person-centred support for people living with cancer, their carers and families, across the Blue Mountains, Penrith and Hawkesbury.
Whether through fundraising, championing our cause, or helping spread awareness of the support we provide, we thank the Hawkesbury Chamber of Commerce for continuing to make a meaningful difference to the lives of local families.
We also extend our sincere thanks to everyone who donated on the night, and to our incredible Cancer Wellness Support team and family members who came along to enjoy the evening.
