On Thursday 6 November, our Penrith Op Shop transformed into a festive wonderland for our exclusive VIP Christmas event Baubles & Bubbles!
The evening brought together 80 guests at this completely booked out event, complete with bubbles, delicious nibbles, and the chance to get the first pick from over 450 of our gorgeous Christmas decorations before they were available to the public.
Adding to the festive cheer, guests enjoyed a one-night-only 10% storewide discount as the perfect chance to pick up gifts, decorations, and special finds while supporting affordable cancer care.
Remarkably, our Christmas VIP Night became the most successful trading day our Op Shops have ever had, with many guests returning the very next morning to enjoy another day of incredible sales.
Across those two days, the funds raised will provide 332 therapy sessions for local people and families living with cancer – an extraordinary impact made possible by our community.
Events like Baubles and Bubbles capture what makes our community so special, with people coming together in the spirit of care and compassion. Thank you to everyone who joined us, shopped, and supported Cancer Wellness Support.
